GUTS provides support for our software and clients based on their individual needs. Support plans are structured and implemented based on the potential impact to our clients’ businesses with any outage or problem. We currently maintain multiple levels of support up to and including 24-hour x 7-day response.
Since many of our systems are used by clients that do not maintain 24 x 7 business hours, our standard support is available from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST.
In the event of an emergency or critical problem, our Support Line is available 24 hours a day. Clients may call our toll free number, 888-FONE-PVD (888-366-3783), and be connected to an operator that will take call-back information and a problem description. The operator will then immediately dispatch the call to the designated on-call support engineer assigned to the respective client.
