GUTS is announcing that our 10+ year partnership with the Rowan County KY Sheriff’s Office will continue as we migrate the Sheriff’s Office from the GUTS PVD Collect application to the Cloud-delivered Properly Tax Collections application for the 2026 tax collection year.
