GUTS offers a stand-alone Sales Disclosure application to collect data from the sales disclosure forms.  Data is validated for length, format and completeness as it is entered.  At the end of each year, a text file is created for submission to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF) in accordance with their requirements.  Data can be exported for use in trending and ratio studies.  Sales disclosure information is searchable by date, neighborhood and other values.  Duplicate forms can be printed for the public without confidential information.
