2010 Tax Sale
You may click on the reports that appear below each county’s name and sale date. (Note: The link below Marion County will direct you to the Marion County Treasurer’s Web site where you can obtain certain reports.
Following is a brief description of each report listed under the County's name:
Items Available for Sale is a dynamic list and will change daily as the status changes. For example, if a property owner pays the necessary amount to withdraw his/her parcel from the Tax Sale, that parcel will immediately be removed from the list of available items. You can view the list of items on your computer screen, or you can print the list in a PDF format.
Tax Sale Information and Procedures is a guide to assist you in understanding how the sale will work in that particular county. You will be able to read about how the sale will be conducted, how the redemption process will work, etc. Please read this document carefully. If you have questions after reading the document, you should call the County Treasurer's office.
You will find a Bidder Registration Form listed under each County's name. You may download the Bidder Registration Form, fill it out, and bring it with you on the day of the sale. You must fill out one form for each County in which you intend to be a bidder. (Note: Marion County has an online bidder registration process that can be found on the Treasurer’s Web site.
